Portraits of Togetherness

The last few months have been difficult for many people, and there’s one group in particular who have gone over and above to help others. I’m talking about NHS staff. Some have lived apart from their families for weeks during lockdown. Tragically, some have made the ultimate sacrifice while trying to keep others safe.

The Portraits of Togetherness campaign is a Guild of Photographers inspired initiative. A small way for Guild members around the UK to show their appreciation for NHS staff. Photographers around the country are offering free photo shoots to nominated NHS heroes, to say thank you. As a registered member of the Guild, I am proud to be part of this initiative.

My offer is a free companion animal photoshoot for up to three animals, and five free digital images from the session to three local NHS heroes. This is available within a 10-mile radius of Swindon.

To nominate your local hero, please email me at emmalord@emmalordphotography.com.
Include:
– your name
– your contact number
– nominee’s name
– nominee’s email address and contact number
– what your nominee’s job role is and where
– up to 150 words about why you are nominating them
(please ensure they are happy to be nominated and have their details put forward. Details on how data is used are included in my privacy policy here.)

Three winners will be drawn shortly after the closing date of 1 September 2020 and will be contacted directly.

The campaign is running between 1st June and 1st September 2020, and all those taking part are listed on the Guild of Photographers website.
